Swing
She is not as interested in her swing nowadays. In fact, she would cry when we put her in the swing. We would have to stick around, talk or play with her, so she won't cry. I guess she prefers human interactions now.

Crib
We set up the crib over the weekend. K now sleeps in her room. She did great the first night. Wish we could say the same for her mom (she missed her a lot).
In case you are wondering, K is looking up at her mobile. You may also notice the beautiful quilt her grandma made for her.

Notice how her body stretched out. We don't take many pictures of her crying, mostly because we try to soothe her right away. Hardly anyone would reach for a camera with a screaming infant. She cried in this picture because it was near her bedtime.

Sit
Here she is, propped up against the couch.
This last week, Katy has been quite a little talker. She LOVES to talk to the mobile animals on the swing. She would also talk to us. Recently, she seems to lose interest in her Mickey Mouse musicbox. It is almost as if she likes it better if we sing the tunes of the musicbox to her; we can always get a smile from her if we do that. Although when we returned home from Reno last week, she spent quite a while talking to Mickey about her trip.
She also likes the sound of bopomofo (Chinese phonetic, kind of like ABC). Hmm, maybe we ought to try singing ABCs to her.
